Assistant Vice President, Quality Management

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Quality Management to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality strategy across all projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's quality standards are met consistently, from the initial roll-out of the project-wide quality strategy to the monitoring and reporting of results. This includes managing the quality management system, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing any quality issues that may arise. The role also involves inspecting project deliverables, conducting site visits to assess quality compliance, and advising management on quality policies and objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in quality management within the development industry, with a strong background in project and program delivery. Technical skills required for the position include excellent conflict negotiation, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and fluency in Arabic and English. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, along with professional qualifications and certifications in quality management, is essential. The role demands a candidate with a proactive approach to quality management, the ability to conduct gap analyses, and a proven track record in issuing lessons learned and proactive quality alerts. The Assistant Vice President will also be involved in training programs for stakeholders, gathering and analyzing customer complaints, and ensuring the compliance of the quality management system for the assigned project portfolio.
