Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director to lead and grow a large technology organization in India. This hands-on leadership role involves shaping the organization’s growth, staying close to engineering work, challenging architecture decisions, and scaling the team as operations expand. The leader will contribute to both technical design reviews and executive discussions, while operating with significant autonomy and maintaining alignment with global technology leadership. Candidates should bring 15–20 or more years of senior technology leadership experience, ideally including substantial work in global financial centers. A deep background in infrastructure, platform engineering, or core technology is required, along with experience building systems and managing teams of 50 or more engineers. The role calls for a record of scaling and developing high-performing technology organizations, an entrepreneurial and execution-focused approach, and strong cultural fluency across Western and Indian working environments.
