The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that all operational aspects are carried out in a controlled and effective manner, with a primary focus on delivering all client and regulatory reporting, onboarding, and maintenance activities. This includes pricing, settlement, cash management, and reconciliations. The role also involves leading global product-based change initiatives, maintaining service quality, and driving continuous improvement towards the global operating model. The VP will be responsible for a large team, instilling a culture of accountability, and leading by example in terms of performance management and staff development. Applicants for the Vice President - Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or a professional qualification in a relevant field, along with extensive experience in the securities industry, particularly in operational roles within financial services.
