Head of Production Department, Steel Industry

The Company is in need of a Production Department Manager to oversee the expansion of its organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the production team's work, ensuring the smooth operation of the production area, and supervising task execution to meet quality, timeliness, and safety standards. This role also involves identifying and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency, as well as motivating and developing the team, and supporting the onboarding of new employees. The Production Department Manager will be accountable for meeting budget targets and production schedules and must be adept at collaborating with other company departments to ensure seamless processes. Applicants for the Production Department Manager position at the company should have a technical education, with a minimum of secondary education, and practical knowledge of steel processing processes, particularly in welding and machining. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a role related to the organization of steel structure production is required, along with strong team management skills, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks. The role demands the ability to work under time pressure, excellent knowledge of technical drawing, and proficiency in English. Experience with ERP systems that support production is an additional advantage.
