Executive Vice President, Client Services, Private Assets

The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President to lead Client Service and Fund Accounting for Private Equity clients. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in expanding the company's presence and shaping the future of its private assets business. The successful candidate will be responsible for client relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor, and leading a team of professionals to deliver best-in-class service. Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing client relationships, monitoring service level agreements, and working closely with the business development team. The role also involves overseeing the resolution of complex client issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving efficiency through the implementation of best practice standards. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' of private equity experience, deep technical expertise in fund accounting and related operational processes, and a proven track record in managing complex client relationships. Strong leadership skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to influence the growth of a developing business footprint are essential. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a CPA designation being a plus. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and a proactive customer focus are also necessary.
