Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join its executive management team. The CTO will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 45 employees across 4 departments, with a primary focus on the development of hardware and software for electronic devices. This includes the overall management of the technology and product roadmap, definition of product group strategy, and expansion of the international market and technology position. The successful candidate will also be tasked with development management, including the launch of customer-specific solutions and the further development of structures, processes, and tools in the development environment. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a completed engineering or natural science degree, with several years of experience in a similar technical management role, particularly in the field of complex embedded systems within the medium-voltage environment. A strong understanding of modern product development, proven leadership in interdisciplinary development organizations, and a high level of technological expertise in electronics and embedded software are essential. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The CTO will also be expected to have strong communication skills, be persuasive, and have a passion for inspiring teams towards common goals. International experience and fluent English skills are necessary for this position.
