Managing Director, Water & Environmental Technology

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its water and environmental technology sector. This key entrepreneurial role in the private equity environment involves shaping the development of a high-growth company by providing strategic impetus, strengthening the organization and market position, and supporting acquisitions and successful integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organic and inorganic growth strategy, building and scaling the business unit, and leading a division that may eventually encompass several companies. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial leader with a strong builder mentality, proven P&L responsibility, and several years of management experience in technical services, preferably in water or environmental technology. Experience in the strategic development and scaling of business units, as well as a strong affinity for M&A, buy & build, and PMI, is essential. The role requires a hands-on leader with high self-motivation, strong analytical skills, and a consistent focus on implementation to sustainably scale the division and develop it into a key growth driver for the group.
