Managing Director, Special Manufacturing

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for a production and project site with a strong focus on custom manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership of the site, including full profit and loss and budget responsibility, and the implementation of the company's growth strategy. This role demands an individual with a completed technical or business-related degree, several years of management experience in a manufacturing environment with a specialization in custom production, and a proven track record in leading and developing organizations, as well as managing change and transformation processes. The Managing Director will be expected to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery, while also driving continuous improvement of operational processes.
