Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide general, operational, and commercial leadership. The successful candidate will be the strategic and operational linchpin, responsible for translating strategic guidelines into a concrete growth plan, with a focus on both organic growth and M&A opportunities. This role requires active commercial leadership, including leading the sales team, engaging with key clients, and identifying new markets and revenue streams. The CEO will also be tasked with professionalizing the organization, particularly in terms of structuring and digitizing processes, and will be expected to coach and motivate the team while maintaining an open, entrepreneurial culture. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven management background, ideally as a CEO, Business Unit Manager, or Commercial Director, within an SME, scale-up, or project-driven B2B process environment. A strong commercial track record and experience in consultative selling, particularly in a technical-industrial market, are essential. The role demands a leader who can balance the existing SME dynamics with a vision for professionalization and growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, pragmatic entrepreneur, fluent in Dutch and English, with a willingness to focus on the Benelux market, especially the Netherlands. Experience in the plastics industry is a significant advantage.
