Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead its major Belgian production site and oversee two affiliated sites in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L of the Belgian entity and the two French sites, leading and developing management teams across various functions, and translating group strategy into local execution. This role demands a leader with a strong technical, engineering, or business background, senior leadership experience, and a proven track record in continuous manufacturing and technical roll goods. The Managing Director will be expected to drive profitability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, while fostering a culture of customer focus, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should possess a technical, engineering, or business degree, and have a background in continuous manufacturing and technical roll goods. The role requires a leader with a hands-on, entrepreneurial, and analytical management style, who is fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English, with German and/or French being an advantage.
