Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong business orientation to join their international group. The successful candidate will be a key member of the management team, responsible for driving and developing the finance, IT, and HR areas from both strategic and operational perspectives. This role demands a leader who can ensure effective financial management, optimize internal processes, and contribute to the organization's long-term HR strategy. The CFO will also be instrumental in creating conditions for growth and profitable development, leading a team, and being an active participant in the company's strategic and future growth. Experience in driving change, digitalization, and process/system development is essential, and a background in family companies and entrepreneurial culture is considered an asset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading, coaching, and developing teams, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
