Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join its management team. The successful candidate will have both operational and strategic responsibility for all financial matters, working closely with management on strategic issues and corporate development. This role involves liquidity and cash management, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations. The Head of Finance will also be involved in the development and monitoring of risk and change management, and the preparation of management reports and decision-making tools. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification, and several years of relevant professional experience in a similar role within an industrial company. A certified accountant qualification is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have excellent SAP skills, sound treasury knowledge, and experience in developing and implementing financial processes, reporting structures, and management tools. A strong solution and process orientation, as well as a dynamic, team-oriented, and communicative personality with a hands-on mentality, are essential. The role also requires the ability to actively drive change processes and an openness to agile working methods.
