Assistant Vice President, Telecom Services Finance Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Telecom Services Finance. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Group Finance team, responsible for supporting the development and evaluation of financial models, business cases, and analyses for operational and investment decisions. This role involves managing month-end closing, internal recharging, and ensuring the full set of financial books is in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements. The AVP will also be involved in analyzing financial and operational performance, collaborating with business units to drive initiatives, and supporting various ad-hoc projects, including financial due diligence and the evaluation of new business opportunities. Applicants for this role at the company should be degree holders and qualified accountants with a minimum of 6 years' of relevant experience. A background in Big-4, MNC, or large corporate environments is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a can-do attitude, and proven ability in overseeing financial control and analysis activities. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to explain complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and is a strong team player, with the flexibility to travel as needed. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
