Associate Vice President, Syndicated Finance & Loan Syndication

The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President for Syndicated Finance and Loan Syndication. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving loan origination and distribution, strengthening corporate client relationships, and supporting major regional transactions. Key responsibilities include conducting credit and financial analysis on target Asian corporate clients to identify syndicated loan opportunities, developing pitch books, term sheets, proposals, and marketing collateral to support deal origination, and managing a proprietary database of loan transactions. The role also involves drafting underwriting discussion papers, driving end-to-end execution for primary syndicated loans, facilitating secondary market distribution, and coordinating transaction documentation to ensure compliance with internal requirements. Applicants for this role at The Company should be university graduates with 4 to 5 years' of corporate or commercial banking experience, particularly in credit research, syndicated loan origination, structuring, or distribution. Strong credit and financial acumen are essential, including skills in financial statement analysis, industry research, and a deep understanding of corporate financing structures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
