Chief Information Officer (CIO), Global Portfolio Solutions Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) for its Global Portfolio Solutions (GPS) - Asia division. The successful candidate will be a key technology leader, responsible for driving technology value creation within the Asia Buyout portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with portfolio management teams, deal teams, and GPS functional peers to develop and execute technology value creation roadmaps that align with each company's investment thesis. The CIO will also be instrumental in advising on and executing large-scale technology transformation programs, optimizing technology spend, and operating models, and building a network of high-performing technology leaders. Additionally, the role includes knowledge creation and dissemination, leading technology community events, and fostering strategic partnerships with technology providers. Applicants for the CIO position should be highly accomplished technology executives with a background that includes serving as a CTO, CIO, or equivalent in a PE- or venture-backed company, or as a senior leader in a top-tier technology consulting or advisory firm. A minimum of 10-15 years' professional experience is required, with a focus on technology value creation, transformation, and AI/ML adoption. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large technology transformation programs, translating technology investments into business outcomes, and engaging with C-level executives. Strong communication skills, a passion for knowledge sharing, and a commitment to community building are essential. While not mandatory, experience in the Asia region and a willingness to relocate and grow a career in Asia is advantageous.
