Chief Operating Officer (COO), Hardware Manufacturing

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in driving manufacturing excellence, and supply chain optimization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be a seasoned operations leader responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, planning, logistics, and inventory management. This hands-on role demands a leader who can effectively manage complex operations, resolve critical challenges, and build a high-performance culture. The COO will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop and execute operational strategies, and ensure on-time and in-full customer order fulfillment while proactively managing operational risks. To succeed in this role, the COO must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, factory operations, or supply chain management. A proven track record in managing large-scale operations, multi-site facilities, or complex operational networks is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production planning, procurement, quality management, logistics, inventory control, and operational cost management. They should also demonstrate success in driving operational transformation, continuous improvement, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, as well as possess strong commercial acumen and exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. The role requires a willingness to travel regularly across manufacturing sites in the region.
