Senior Vice President, Head of Documentary Trade, Global Transaction Services Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Trade Product Manager for the Head of Documentary Trade role within its Global Transaction Services division. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of trade finance, particularly in the area of documentary trade, and will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that align with client needs. This includes managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving product innovation and digitalization to foster revenue growth. The role also involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, particularly in the areas of risk, compliance, and commercialization. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in the banking industry, specifically in trade finance product management or related areas. A deep understanding of local market requirements, particularly in Hong Kong, from a regulatory and compliance perspective, is essential. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese is required, with additional qualifications such as CDCS and/or CSDG being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, be adept at managing risk, and have a strong focus on driving product adoption and revenue growth. The role demands a strategic thinker who can identify and capitalize on new product opportunities in the documentary trade space and support cross-selling with cash and FX.
