Vice President, Project Management, Retail & Wealth Management Branches Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Head of Project Management for Retail Branches and Wealth Management Centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, project delivery, and transformation of the company's retail branch footprint and flagship wealth management centers. This role involves bridging the gap between architectural design, client experience, and construction execution, with a focus on driving the physical branch network strategy and transforming traditional banking spaces into modern customer advisory experiences. Key responsibilities include strategic project portfolio delivery, design and client experience governance, vendor and supplier management, financial control, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a degree in a relevant discipline and at least 12 years' of progressive project delivery experience within corporate real estate, with a minimum of 5 years' specifically in leading retail banking fit-outs or wealth management center programs in Hong Kong. The role requires a proven track record in delivering complex, high-spec retail build-outs, strong technical knowledge of interior fitting-out, retail banking design, security systems, and digital AV/VC integrations. Exceptional communication skills, strategic leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential. The Head of Project Management will also be expected to ensure that all projects comply with regulatory and statutory requirements and incorporate ESG and sustainability principles.
