Vice President, Data Transformation, Financial Services & Insurance

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Data Transformation in the Financial Services and Insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise's end-to-end data transformation agenda, with a focus on data strategy, governance, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in aligning data strategy across IT and business units, ensuring data assets are trustworthy, governed, and capable of supporting real-time decision-making and AI initiatives. The VP will also be accountable for team leadership, capability building, and stakeholder management to drive business transformation and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in data engineering, architecture, or management. A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, particularly in enterprise-wide data transformation programs, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in the financial services or insurance industry, professional certifications in cloud technologies, and a strong understanding of data compliance, particularly in the context of the local market. Responsibilities for this role include developing and executing the data strategy and roadmap, overseeing data architecture, cloud, and engineering, and leading AI enablement and data readiness initiatives.
