Head of Controlling with Career Prospects

The Company is seeking a Head of Controlling to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional management of the controlling team, with a focus on continuously developing and implementing methods, processes, and systems. This role involves independent management of liquidity, including cash flow forecasts, working capital, and receivables, as well as ensuring efficient payment transactions and group-wide cash pooling. The Head of Controlling will also be in charge of cooperation with banks and insurance companies, and the administration of guarantees and leasing agreements. A key aspect of the position is the further development and expansion of planning, forecasts, and reporting, as well as the analysis of the company's economic development to identify financial risks and participate in strategic projects. The ideal candidate for the Head of Controlling position at the company will have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting, or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in finance and accounting, particularly in a construction or project-oriented environment, is highly valued. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel, is required, along with strong analytical, communication, leadership, and implementation skills. The role demands a structured, solution-oriented approach to work and a proactive attitude towards driving change and engaging with diverse stakeholders. The Head of Controlling will also act as a sparring partner for financial accounting and represent the CFO in relevant matters.
