Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its group corporate planning and business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the corporate strategy, leading market expansion, and developing long-term business roadmaps. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in P&L management, commercial governance, and a strong background in the renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC sectors. The CEO will also be tasked with directing cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of core organizational KPIs and must demonstrate exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or finance, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in the relevant sectors is required, with at least 5-8 years in a senior management role with full P&L accountability. The ideal candidate will have a background in general management, directorship, or similar executive positions, and must be adept at commercial growth, revenue planning, and scaling strategies.
