Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its group corporate planning and business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's vision and growth, including corporate strategy, market expansion, and long-term business roadmaps. This role demands a leader with a strong background in P&L and commercial governance, capable of holding end-to-end P&L accountability and leading revenue planning, scaling strategies, and commercial growth. The CEO will also be tasked with directing cross-functional teams to ensure the maximization of performance and the achievement of core organizational KPIs. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or finance, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC is required, with at least 5-8 years in a GM, Director, or Country Head role, demonstrating full P&L accountability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage at an executive level and demonstrate resilience in decision-making. The role is pivotal in the company's growth and requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to foster a culture of trust, transparency, and excellence.
