Head of Marketing

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their senior commercial leadership team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and implementation of group-wide marketing strategies, leading and motivating the marketing team, and ensuring the delivery of all marketing activities that support the organization's growth and success. This role is pivotal in collaborating with external stakeholders, overseeing major PR, communications, and digital marketing campaigns, and leveraging marketing data analytics to optimize effectiveness. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for developing multi-year marketing team budgets and resources to align with key business objectives. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should be 3rd level degree qualified, ideally in marketing, business studies, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior marketing role. Proficiency in MS Office and office management software is required, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The role demands a proven track record in managing a diverse team and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and internationally focused environment.
