Head of Marketing

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their senior commercial leadership team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and implementation of group-wide marketing strategies, leading and motivating the marketing team, and ensuring the delivery of all marketing activities that support the organization's growth and success. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in a senior marketing position, who can manage a diverse team, and is adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for overseeing major PR, communications, and digital marketing campaigns, as well as leveraging marketing data analytics to optimize effectiveness. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should be 3rd level degree qualified, ideally in marketing, business studies, or a related discipline, with 6-8+ years' of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and office management software is essential, as is the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The role demands a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong leadership style, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and internationally focused environment.
