Head of Funds

The Company is seeking a strategic and people-focused Head of Funds to lead a large operational team and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing managers and operational teams, driving operational and technological transformation projects, and optimizing fund operations processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery. This role requires a leader who can establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics, manage relationships with stakeholders across various functions, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within a highly regulated environment. To excel in this position, candidates should have a degree in a relevant field, more than 8 years of experience in financial services operations, and a solid knowledge of mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity products and their operational frameworks. The role demands a proven track record in leading operational teams, a strong background in process optimization, and experience with technology-driven transformation projects. Proficiency in analytical and automation tools such as Power BI, RPA, and data warehousing is essential, as is the ability to manage projects and portfolios effectively. Advanced analytical skills, the ability to interpret operational and financial data, and fluency in English are required, with French language skills being an advantage. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to thrive in multicultural and international environments.
