Executive Director Greater Little Rock, AR Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for communicating the community's goals and business plans to the team. This role requires a management mechanic who can ensure the smooth operation of the community, from resident care to employee management. The Executive Director will also be a resident receptor, anticipating and managing resident satisfaction needs, and an entrepreneurial steward, running the community like a mini-business. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a minimum of 2 years of college or equivalent experience, and hold an active LNHA or RCAL license for the state of Arkansas. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in elderly residential care, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and the ability to lead a team to ensure the growth and satisfaction of both residents and staff. The ideal candidate will have a positive, energetic attitude, be a good character with a reputation for personal integrity, and have the ability to maintain financial and other records. Computer skills, the ability to communicate in English, and a criminally cleared background are also essential.
