Head of HR Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of HR Operations to lead the development and delivery of a global HR operations strategy that is efficient, scalable, and commercially focused. This critical leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and ensuring robust governance, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, enhancing service delivery, and leading a high-performing HR operations team. Key responsibilities also include optimizing HR systems, establishing controls for compliance with employment legislation and organizational policies, and partnering with senior business leaders to support growth and transformation objectives. Candidates for the Head of HR Operations role at the company should be strategic and operational HR leaders with a proven track record in managing complex HR functions within large, fast-paced, and multi-site organizations. The role requires strong knowledge of HR operations, governance, employment legislation, and people systems, as well as expertise in HR technology, data governance, and people analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading HR transformation and process improvement initiatives, and be adept at managing and developing high-performing operational teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders are essential. A CIPD qualification (Level 7 preferred) or equivalent professional experience is also required.
