Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial management of the group. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader who can seamlessly integrate day-to-day financial operations with the demands of a rapidly growing and transforming business. The CFO will be responsible for designing and managing the financial structure to support growth, overseeing treasury activities, and leading financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis. Additionally, the role involves ensuring accurate accounting, tax compliance, and the implementation of robust internal control systems. The successful candidate will also provide strategic support to senior management, participate in corporate transactions, and maintain strong stakeholder relations.
