Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial control of the business, ensuring a robust control framework, and providing effective oversight of statutory accounts, tax, and regulatory issues. This role also involves partnering with the senior management team throughout Europe, managing the cash position with a focus on liquidity, foreign exchange, and working capital, and leading a transformation project from a finance perspective across the European operations. The Head of Finance will be expected to manage a large finance team and work closely with the US parent business to ensure efficient and succinct reporting. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be ACA or ACCA qualified, with a strong technical accounting background, preferably with initial training in an accountancy practice. The role requires excellent Excel skills, the ability to build strong working relationships, and experience in managing large teams. Exposure to international business and transformation projects is highly valued, and experience with SOX compliance is desirable.
