Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to play a pivotal role in the strategic coordination and optimization of internal processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strong cohesion between various teams, supervising project execution, and maintaining the fluidity of all operational processes to support the firm's overall efficiency. This role demands a leader with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 20 years of experience, and a proven track record in operations and administrative management, ideally within a financial services environment. Key responsibilities for the Chief Operating Officer include process optimization, improvement, and a good knowledge of regulations and compliance, with the potential to take on the role of Chief Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will have the ability to mobilize and develop multidisciplinary teams, a good understanding of financial market mechanisms, and be aware of cybersecurity issues with an understanding of best practices in information security. Fluency in French and English is essential.
