The Company is seeking a Real Estate Sourcing Resource with a focus on CRE Strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with the critical job of identifying, evaluating, and negotiating rental and lease premises for the company's branch, offices, and network. This role demands a deep understanding of the rental real estate market across various locations, from major metro cities to rural and semi-urban areas. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12-14 years' experience in a similar function within a local Indian bank, with a proven track record in rent and lease negotiations. Responsibilities include sourcing and shortlisting potential properties, leading negotiations to secure favorable terms, and maintaining a strong network of contacts in the real estate industry. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for an MBA or PG in real estate, finance, or a related field. The role requires a candidate with excellent relationship management, influencing, and communication skills, who is self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
