Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and tactical leadership for all operational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence in areas such as safety, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, inventory management, and financial performance. This role requires a strong leader who can partner with executive leadership to establish business objectives, ensure operational capabilities are aligned with customer expectations, and lead initiatives to improve on-time delivery, product quality, and overall customer experience. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with developing and executing long-term operational strategies, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and championing a culture of quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and/or distribution operations. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving large-scale operational improvement initiatives, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing operations team. Strong strategic planning, execution capabilities, and extensive knowledge of operational principles are essential.
