The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Supplier Relations to spearhead the development, optimization, and expansion of its national and regional supplier ecosystem. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and nurturing high-value partnerships, enhancing supplier performance, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies. This pivotal role involves end-to-end inventory management, from sourcing to contract negotiations, and requires close collaboration with various internal teams to drive overall company performance and margin expansion. The SVP will also be responsible for leading a team, fostering a culture of high performance, and ensuring compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards. Applicants must have a deep background in building products, construction materials, industrial distribution, or manufacturing, with a proven track record in negotiating high-value contracts and leading large teams. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize complex data and make informed decisions that impact the company's direction.
