Executive Director, Housing Operations

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Housing Operations to provide strategic leadership in the management of a large and complex university housing program. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the future of campus housing, with a focus on occupancy management, budget and finance, technology and housing systems, and living-learning programs. This role requires a data-informed and forward-thinking approach to strengthen demand for campus housing, optimize occupancy and revenue, and enhance the residential student experience. The Executive Director will also be expected to develop and maintain strong partnerships with key university stakeholders and to lead a dynamic team of professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with a master's degree preferred, and at least 8 years of professional experience in a relevant area. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in staff supervision, budget management, and organizational change. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a sophisticated understanding of the interrelationship between housing, enrollment management, and institutional strategy, and a history of achieving high housing occupancy in competitive markets.
