Head of Controlling

The Company is seeking a Head of Controlling to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and partnering with leadership to support business growth, process improvement, and effective decision-making. This role involves owning and leading the end-to-end performance management cycle, steering business performance through analysis, and driving continuous improvement of sales and marketing-related processes. The Head of Controlling will also be expected to monitor and challenge performance through KPIs, act as a trusted finance business partner, and lead cross-functional initiatives with a clear financial impact. Applicants for the Head of Controlling position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, with more than 9 years' of overall finance experience and over 5 years' in FP&A or controlling functions. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required, along with proficiency in Korean and English. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI initiatives, automation projects, or digital process improvement, and a KICPA or AICPA qualification is preferred. The role also involves building organizational financial capability, fostering a high-performance team environment, and leading the continuous improvement of controlling processes. The Head of Controlling will be a key player in the company's financial and strategic execution, with a focus on driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and resource allocation.
