Assistant Vice President, AML Analytics Excellence & Integration Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an experienced AML professional to join its Specialised Investigation Team (SIT) in the role of Assistant Vice President, AML Analytics Excellence & Integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the governance, reporting, and operational enablement of the team's data analytics capabilities. This forward-looking role is focused on enhancing portfolio visibility, management insights, and user enablement across the data analytics landscape. Key responsibilities include maintaining a consolidated view of the AML analytics portfolio, developing management reports and insights, coordinating governance processes, and acting as the business coordination lead for the case management tool. The role also involves engaging with SIT users to gather and translate operational needs into business requirements, as well as coordinating changes through testing, deployment, and validation. Applicants for this role at the company should have practical experience in AML investigations or supporting AML investigative and operational processes, as well as a good understanding of AML governance, management reporting, business analysis, and change delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to consolidate complex information into clear management insights. Experience in AML data analytics, model enhancement, or case management initiatives is preferred, along with a background in developing portfolio dashboards and governance reports.
