Associate Vice President, Institutional Sales, Cross Asset, Global Financial Markets Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Institutional Sales in the Global Financial Markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing relationship and sales coverage to a portfolio of institutional flow type clients, with a focus on banks, official institutions, security houses, and external asset managers. This role involves acquiring and engaging new non-bank institutional clients, as well as growing the existing customer base. The candidate will be expected to have multi-asset engagement with these clients, including FX, interest rates, fixed income, derivatives, equities, and customized solutions. Close collaboration with local and regional traders and research teams is essential to recommend daily trade ideas and investment solutions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in global markets sales or structuring. A proven track record in onboarding institutional client relationships and building strong engagement is required. The role demands a strong knowledge of treasury products, including interest rate, credit, and foreign exchange derivatives, as well as a good understanding of regulatory requirements and market trends in the Asian region. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of engaging institutional clients through face-to-face presentations and regular research seminars.
