Associate Vice President, Regional Avaloq Specialist & Business Lead, Cash & Credit, Consumer Banking Group Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Regional Avaloq Specialist & Business Lead for Cash & Credit within the Consumer Banking Group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining, prioritizing, and championing the development roadmap for functionalities within the Avaloq banking system. This role requires acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors to ensure that product enhancements align with strategic business objectives, deliver maximum value, and meet regulatory and market demands. The Associate Vice President will also be responsible for leading change initiatives, managing the product backlog, and driving continuous improvement and innovation within the Avaloq system. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5-10 years' of experience as a change manager, product owner, or business analyst, with a minimum of 2 years' in private banking. Strong knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System is mandatory. The role involves a dedicated focus on the new Avaloq Taiwan booking center implementation and requires the candidate to be a subject matter expert in wealth management products and processes. Responsibilities include acting as a change agent, establishing processes for the effective rollout of new features, and addressing production functional queries. The ideal candidate will have good problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills, and be adept at facilitating communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
