The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Regional Avaloq Specialist & Business Lead for its Transversal, Consumer Banking Group. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining, prioritizing, and championing the development roadmap for functionalities within the Avaloq banking system. This role is pivotal in ensuring that product enhancements align with strategic business objectives, deliver maximum value, and meet regulatory and market demands. Responsibilities include leading and executing change initiatives, managing the product backlog, and acting as a change agent for the effective rollout of new features. The role also involves being a subject matter expert in wealth management products and processes, with a dedicated focus on the new Avaloq Taiwan booking center implementation. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5-10 years' of experience as a change manager, product owner, or business analyst, with a minimum of 2 years' in private banking. A sound knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System is essential. The role requires good communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, dynamic professional with a proven track record in driving change and innovation within a banking environment. They should be adept at collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders, and be capable of systematic analysis to deliver process improvements and added-value solutions.
