Associate Vice President, Smart Buddy Product Manager, Consumer Banking Group

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a Smart Buddy Product Manager role within its Consumer Banking Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, operational excellence, and delivery outcomes of the Smart Buddy program. This includes driving customer engagement and adoption, supporting marketing and growth campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing the customer experience and journey. The role demands a strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, as well as excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Applicants must have a degree in business, finance, engineering, or a relevant field, and be proficient in Excel and MS Office tools. The position requires a self-driven individual who is organized and capable of following through on end-to-end execution. Responsibilities also include data analysis, experimentation, and the use of data and AI/ML to enhance customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment and will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless rollout and operational stability of the Smart Buddy program.
