The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Specialist for Private Banking Credit Documentation within the Risk Management Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, review, and approval of a range of credit documentation, ensuring compliance with approved credit terms and managing complex documentation matters. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to resolve documentation issues, maintain strong documentation controls, and support audit and regulatory outcomes. The candidate will also be involved in process improvement, documentation standardization, and system enhancements. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 7 to 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on credit documentation or a related control function. A strong working knowledge of facility and security documentation, credit approval terms, and documentation controls is essential. Experience in private banking, wealth management, or complex secured-lending transactions is highly valued. The role requires a meticulous individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should also have the aptitude to leverage technology for efficiency and automation.
