First Vice President, Functional Business Analyst Compliance Lead, Analytics & Data, Group Technology & Operations Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a First Vice President, Functional Business Analyst Compliance Lead with a focus on Analytics and Data within the Group Technology and Operations division. The successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholder relationship management, driving technology alignment with business needs, and inspiring stakeholders to pursue the organization's technology vision. This role also involves capabilities and requirements analysis, leading the documentation of business and operations processes, and supporting the definition of functional and non-functional requirements. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of relevant banking experience, a deep understanding of compliance and AML/KYC principles, and experience in AI/ML and data technologies. Familiarity with the global regulatory environment, particularly in KYC, and experience with compliance technology platforms is highly preferred.
