Vice President, AML/KYC Business Unit Specialist to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Transformation Office, Group Retail Greater Singapore Area

The Company is in search of a dynamic Business Unit Specialist to play a pivotal role in the AML/KYC 2.0 Transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AML/KYC capabilities, ensuring they align with business needs and regulatory requirements across the region. This includes defining and communicating product vision and strategy, maintaining a prioritized product roadmap, and acting as a key point of contact between business units and technology. The role demands a strong Business Analyst skill set, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive product vision and execution. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 8 years' experience in banking or financial services, and at least 5 years in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role. A proven track record in delivering complex digital products, good knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, and strong stakeholder management experience are essential. The role also requires the ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Agile project management. Certification in Product Management is a plus. The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive the adoption of new AML/KYC capabilities.
