The Company is seeking a Vice President for Equity and Crypto Derivatives Solutions within its Global Financial Markets division. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the growth, profitability, and strategic development of the equity and crypto derivatives business across the wealth management franchise. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of innovative structured investment solutions that meet client needs and business objectives. Key responsibilities include business growth, franchise development, product strategy, end-to-end product management, market intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration. The role also demands a strong focus on digital transformation, with the VP expected to champion initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Applicants must have a minimum of 5-7 years' of equity and crypto derivative sales experience in a global markets or private banking setup, with a proven track record in originating, structuring, and presenting investment solutions. A deep understanding of the structured product lifecycle, strong commercial acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
