Vice President, Global Markets Business Finance, Group Finance Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Markets Business Finance. The successful candidate will serve as a finance business partner to the global markets, with a primary focus on the accounting and reporting of the business. This role involves delivering forward-looking insights and analysis to influence decision-making, as well as ensuring that finance requirements are defined and met for new products. The candidate should have a strong background in the banking industry, particularly with global markets products and business activities, and be adept at providing an external benchmark perspective on finance best practices. Key responsibilities for this position include product support, financial and performance management reporting for global markets structuring, and partnering with the business in strategic planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, with experience in Murex system, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools being desirable. The role demands the ability to manage scope changes and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including front office, market risk, product control, operations, and finance.
