Vice President, IT Audit & Technology Risk

The Company is seeking a Vice President for IT Audit and Technology Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Head of Internal Audit to direct risk-aligned assurance programs across various Asia-Pacific operating entities and cross-border jurisdictions. This role involves supervising the entire lifecycle of regional engagements to ensure that audit execution is in line with IIA standards, governance frameworks, and regional regulatory expectations. The VP will also be tasked with synthesizing risk assessments to provide actionable insights, reporting critical control gaps, and emerging risk exposures to the Audit Committee and C-suite leadership. Additionally, the role includes driving team development and capability expansion, with a focus on mentoring staff in audit methodology, investigation protocols, and the use of audit analytics and automation tools. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in internal audit, IT audit, technology risk, or assurance, with a strong background in IT controls and technology risk management. Robust expertise in areas such as infrastructure, software applications, cybersecurity architecture, data governance frameworks, and integrated business-IT audit methodologies is essential. Regional exposure and experience in the financial services sector are considered a strong plus. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record in the field, capable of leading and developing a team of professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.
