Vice President, Lead Functional Business Analyst, Compliance Workflows, Group Technology & Operations Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Lead Functional Business Analyst with a focus on Compliance Workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the development of a unified compliance workflow that integrates anti-financial crime alert management. This role demands a professional with over 15 years of relevant banking experience, particularly in compliance, AML, KYC, and related areas. The Lead Functional Business Analyst will be instrumental in shaping the end-state vision of the product, ensuring that the workflow design is intuitive, efficient, and in line with regulatory requirements. Strong design-thinking capabilities, product design experience, and a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory standards are essential. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include stakeholder relationship management, talent development, capabilities and requirements analysis, testing, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the global regulatory environment, strong product design and solutioning experience, and familiarity with compliance technology platforms. They should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to manage organizational ambiguity, and a strategic, forward-thinking approach to challenges. A tertiary level qualification in engineering, technology, business, finance, or equivalent is required, and experience with specific compliance technology platforms is highly preferred. The role is pivotal in driving the organization's technology alignment with business needs and ensuring that the compliance workflow meets governance standards and audit expectations.
