Vice President, Loan Syndications

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Loan Syndications to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex debt and investment corporate transactions. This role involves conducting comprehensive credit assessments, due diligence, and preparing strategic internal proposals. The VP will also be tasked with building and nurturing long-term partnerships with institutional sponsors and corporate entities, as well as managing the end-to-end transaction lifecycle of corporate financing agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing any necessary amendments. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in a related area, with a strong network in financial institutions. Advanced competencies in corporate and financial analysis, capital valuation, and excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential. The role requires a professional who can guide client onboarding procedures and ensure full compliance with international regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and will be adept at managing multiple high-value transactions simultaneously.
