Vice President, Treasures Team Head YFJ, Consumer Banking Group Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Treasures Team Head YFJ for its Consumer Banking Group. The successful candidate will be the single point of accountability for operational and service delivery at the assigned centers, ensuring that all work processes, procedures, and audit controls comply with internal and external regulatory requirements. This role involves managing a complex customer base, leading and driving sales performance to meet business objectives, and fostering a high-performance culture to attract and retain top advisory staff. The VP will also be responsible for needs-based selling, service compliance, and effectively deploying resources to maximize productivity. Applicants must be degree holders with a minimum of 8 years' of experience in the banking and finance industry, with a strong preference for those with a proven track record in sales management. The role requires a leader with a minimum of 2 years' of managerial experience, good knowledge of financial costing, P&L management, and business marketing strategies. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills are essential, as is the ability to relate to and manage staff at all levels. The VP will be expected to ensure that the team meets sales targets and provides superior service and professional advice to a large and growing customer base.
