Vice President of Clinic Operations

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Clinic Operations in the Sioux City market. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to advance high-quality patient care, operational and financial performance, and the overall experience of providers and team members. This executive will lead the development and execution of market strategies, partner with various leaders to ensure integrated care delivery, and identify opportunities for market growth and service expansion. Key responsibilities also include oversight of financial, human, and capital resources, monitoring performance metrics, leading process improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare administration, including 5-8 years in a leadership role related to physician operations. Experience within an integrated delivery system and a proven track record in healthcare operational leadership, particularly in financial management and performance improvement, are essential. A Master’s degree and experience in project planning and execution across the continuum of care are preferred. The role requires a leader who can recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, and who is adept at building strong relationships with various stakeholders in a complex healthcare environment.
